Proyecto Cuadro Decorativo/ decorative painting project
Este proyecto es realizado en el año 2015 en una vivienda de Yecla (Murcia). La obra tiene unas dimensiones de 250 x 100 cm. Se utiliza pinturas acrílicas sobre soporte de madera. Se escogieron colores complementarios: Rosa fucsia, azul turquesa; plata, negro y blanco. Estos colores son acordes a los colores del mobiliario de la habitación dónde la obra va colocada.
Su composición representa dos cebras entrelazadas. Los colores y el tipo de pincelada inestable, hacen que el cuadro sea potente y a la vez rompedor en el juego de tonalidades.
This project is realized in 2015 in a housing of Yecla (Murcia). The work has dimensions of 250 x 100 cm. Acrylic paintings are used on wooden support. Complementary colors were chosen: Pink fuchsia, turquoise; silver, black and white. These colors are identical to the colors of the furniture of the room where the work is placed. Its composition represents two zebras intertwined. The colors and the brushwork unstable, make the picture powerful and at the same time breaker in the game of tonalities.
Espacios de reflexión y memoria/ Spaces of reflection and memory
El trabajo final de máster Espacios de reflexión y memoria, consiste en la realización de un proyecto pictórico efectuado durante los años 2012 y 2013, cuya exposición se llevo a cabo del 23 de mayo al 9 de junio de 2013 en la Casa Municipal de Cultura de Yecla (Murcia).
El proyecto expresa las vivencias personales extraídas de un espacio interior que incita a la reflexión y al recuerdo de un tiempo pasado. En la actualidad, ese hábitat vacío, cuyas habitaciones conservan las huellas y objetos que las presenciaron, permite rememorar las personas que vivieron en él.
El trabajo, acompañado de una reflexión teórica extraída de diversas fuentes, ayuda a definir la importancia que tiene el modus vivendi para el ser humano. A lo largo de la vida los lugares llegan a ser característicos, únicos y diferentes a los demás. Se han tomado como referencias algunos artistas pertenecientes al ámbito de la pintura, principalmente aquellos cuya obra refleja el entorno cercano que les rodea. Su influencia ha servido de acicate para observar y captar la realidad, motivando esa necesidad vital de producir imágenes.
La investigación se ha conceptualizado desde la práctica de la pintura, concediendo a la naturaleza del lugar un papel sensible en su materialización. Las ideas se han adaptado a una forma de expresión, a una manera de percibir la realidad existente. La luz es la protagonista principal en la representación de estos espacios cerrados. La motivación ha sido expresar los sentimientos más íntimos de soledad y silencio.
The Master's final work Spaces of reflection and memory consists of the development of a pictorial project made during the years 2012 and 2013, whose exhibition was carried out from May the 23rd to June the 9th of 2013 in the Municipal House of Culture of Yecla (Murcia).
The project expresses the personal experience of an interior space that promotes the reflection and the remembrance of a past time. Nowadays this empty habitat, whose rooms preserve the traces and objects that witness them, allows to remember the people who live in it.
The work, accompanied by a theoretical reflection extracted from diverse sources, helps to define the importance that the modus vivendi has for the human being. Throughout life places become characteristic, unique and different to any other. Some artists belonging to the area of painting have been taken as references, mainly those whose work reflects their close surroundings. Their influence has been useful as incentive to observe and capture reality, promoting that vital necessity of producing images.
The research has been conceptualised from the practice of painting, giving the nature of the place a sensitive role in its materialisation. The ideas have been adapted to a form of expression, a way to perceive the existing reality. Light is the main protagonist in the representation of these closed spaces. The motivation has been to express the more intimate feelings of solitude and silence).
